Hvørjar upplýsingar verða savnaðar
Gjøgnum bíleggingarformin: Navn, teldupostur, telefon, felag, staður/alibrúk/skip, tænasta, ynskt dagfesting og viðmerkingar.
Harumframt IP-adressa, sum bert verður brúkt til at verja móti spam.
Endamál og heimild
Upplýsingarnar verða brúktar til at viðgerða bíleggingarumbønir og til samskifti um tænastuna.
Heimild: Umbøn frá kundanum áðrenn og undir einum tænastusáttmála, og lógligan áhuga (verja móti spam).
Hvar upplýsingarnar verða viðgjørdar
Lovable Cloud (dátugrunnur, London, Bretland).
Resend (sending av telduposti; upplýsingarnar verða goymdar í USA, fevndar av ES-standardsáttmálaásetingum og ES-USA Data Privacy Framework).
Google Calendar (dagur, tænasta, felag og staður fyri váttaðari bíleggingar). Tá ein bílegging verður strikað eftir goymslutíðini, verða felag, staður og viðmerkingar tikin úr kalendaratiltakinum; bert dagur og tænasta verða verandi.
Skriftsløgini eru hýst á heimasíðuni sjálvari, so eingin vitjandi upplýsing verður send til Google Fonts.
Goymslutíð
Avvístar og avlýstar umbønir verða strikaðar eftir 90 døgum.
Aðrar bíleggingar verða strikaðar 12 mánaðir eftir tænastudagin.
IP-adressur verða strikaðar eftir 24 tímum.
Rokningar verða goymdar sær eftir bókhaldsreglunum.

Tú hevur rætt til innlit, rætting, striking, avmarking, mótmæli og at flyta tínar upplýsingar. Skriva til noomi@nordvet.fo.

Data collected
Via the booking form: name, email, phone, company, location/farm/vessel, service, requested date and notes.
Plus IP address, used only for spam protection.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling booking requests and communicating about the service.
Legal basis: taking steps at the client's request before and under a service agreement, and legitimate interest (spam protection).
Where data is processed
Lovable Cloud (database, London, UK).
Resend (sending emails; data stored in the US, covered by EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Google Calendar (date, service, company and location of confirmed bookings). When a booking is deleted at the end of its retention period, company, location and notes are removed from the calendar event; only the date and service remain.
Fonts are hosted on this website itself, so no visitor data is sent to Google Fonts.
Retention
Declined and cancelled requests are deleted after 90 days.
Other bookings are deleted 12 months after the service date.
IP addresses are deleted after 24 hours.
Invoices are kept separately under bookkeeping rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Email noomi@nordvet.fo.
You have the right to complain to Dátueftirlitið, the Faroese Data Protection Authority.
